Problem
The coaching team needed to manage classes, study materials, and student access across web and Android — without the content workflow becoming a daily technical task for non-developer staff.
Solution
I organized the product around clear course lanes, lesson cards, and a staff-facing content area that uses familiar patterns. Students see a clean, distraction-free layout. Staff can update content, add materials, and track access without needing support for every routine task.
Result
The live platform gives TZ Coaching a professional, self-managed digital presence. Students access materials from any device. Staff run daily content workflows without developer involvement.
